They annoy me enough, but I just entered on my mobile, pressed yes by accident but didn't confirm and it appears to have taken my details. 
if you enter on your mobile press carefully. I'm now expecting vision express to mail me or worse.... Ring!

It's a pain, but I'm sure we've all done it at one time or another. I know I have - and the spam junk was in my inbox less than a minute later! I guess just unsubscribe ASAP - not much else you can do. If they ring ask them not to do it again!0

On the rare occasions I've done that and the email has arrived. I've just clicked the unsubscribe link, and had no other contact from them.0
