Matching dress and jacket pattern wanted for 3 year old

My adorable grand daughter has a matching dress and jacket (white broderie dress and cordinated red jacket with white broderie collar) which her other grandmother turned up in a wardrobe, it belonged to my daughter in law when she was a little girl 30 years ago. So now she is wearing "vintage".

My granddaugher, who is turning into a regular fashionista, adores it and particularly likes wearing the matching jacket with the dress. I want to make her something similar but cannot find any suitable patterns. On the off chance, anyone got any suggestions?

What problem are you having? Finding a pattern that combines dress and jacket, or finding a pattern in a similar style to what you already own?

If for the first reason, the. Just use separate patterns and make it in cordinating fabric. If the second, then post a pic of the clothing so we can suggest similar patterns.

For formal, tailored children styles, i tend to use patterns by ottobre-design
