Credit file inaccuracy

Hi
On my OH credit file, there is a settled hire purchase agreement. All payments on time, no problems.
However I have noticed the date of birth figure given with the one of the credit agreements is wrong.
The day/month are fine but the year is a couple of years out.
The DOB under the 'personal information' section is fine.
Would this be a problem applying for a mortgage?
The error is on both Experian and Equifax
p.s. does anyone know which agency Natwest use for mortgage applications (just out of interest)
