Due to appear in court...

Had a deferrment from the court which was heard last week and this is the letter outcome:
It says the allocation and case management conference will take place on 13th September at 14.00 pm. at Southend court to be heard before Judge Dudley. When you should attend.
The it says PLEASE NOTE this case may be released to another Judge. possibly in a different court.
So - do I attend? Where might this be released to? Has anyone else had this?
Thanks in advance
Adam.

Adam,
Yes, you do attend.
Following link is to consumer action group website where this is explained better.

Hi
It seems there should have been some directives on my court letter but there aren't - it simply says to attend on the 13th of Sept.
Do I take my documents and evidence and a notepad and pen etc. or do I just 'suck it and see'?
Also, are there likely to be a lot of other people with me or just myself Vs HSBC legal team
Thanks

Hi
It's been a while since I've looked on the forum, in all honesty as all my friends were paid out, I gave up hope.
The HSBC sent me a letter intending to defend and that was the last I heard. I was following the test case but lost track some months ago.
I guess it slipped down the priority list as the chances of getting my charges back appeared to fade.
If anyone has a quick and simple "here's the latest" type update or thread (perhaps thread is easier) I'd be most grateful.
As always, I could do with the money, the bank has enough of it's own.
Adam.Thanks,
