I joined the MSE comping forum in February 2013, with hopes of great things, I was going to win £1000s in money, holidays, all my household shopping for years to come and enough electronic gadgets and gizmos to fill a mansion....

Last night I took a selfie

LOL! We see loads of newbie compers on here full of enthusiasm but after a few weeks of comping their enthusiasm begins to dwindle when they realise that they are not receiving the dozen prizes a week after entering a 'massive' 20 comps a day as initially expected! We should have a thread that prepares them to cope with the disappointment of not winning every day, the endless amounts of spam, annoying phone calls, risk of identity fraud, online bullying, witch hunting, cheating, people who claim other people's prizes and so on (in other words, the dark side of comping!)

You do look a bit pasty too Mansey - lack of vitamin D from the sunshine? Vitamin D helps you to absorb calcium which keeps your bones strong so you need to venture out more and get your lazy bony backside off that poota seat of yours! (only joking as I love you Mansey)

I still have 15 of my 20 competitions for today to do :eek::eek:

I have to keep up some folks are comping for 5 hours a week :eek::eek::eek:
