Update on buying house - Finally completed on 5th July

Thought i'd let you all know, we made it in for the summer. We haven't put our furniture in yet as we are still gutting the place.

In the end (can't find original thread) we had to pay for the indemnity insurance as the vendors wouldn't and they had no PP or BP for changing the garage into a dining room.

So the up shot of it is, we did it, it's been a long journey, far too long but we are in!

Good luck everyone else who is in the race to be in for summer (although im not sure i like this summer weather)

Would love to have BB installed but we haven't yet LOL
We have the keys to the house but because we are gutting it and doing it up we haven't yet moved in. So we are still staying at my mums until the 23rd of July.
