Ladybird pushchairs contact info?

Hi.
Just wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of contact info for the company who makes ladybird pushchairs? We've had ours for just over a year and a bolt a literally sheared and the pushchair collapsed on my LO!
The pushchair was bought for us by a family member who can't recall where they bought it... So I'm thinking a letter/email to the manufacturer to explain what happened is our best bet?
Any help would be appreciated as I'm googling with no success.
