Scottish Power trying it on?
At my previous address I was on a pre payment meter with scottish power, when it came to moving house in March this year I phoned them up, gave them the final meter readings and closed the account,
there was even £7 left on the meter.
Naturally I assumed that was it, I'll only have to deal with bills from my new energy supplier at my new address.
Now they've sent me a bill 4 months later for £23.09p...
How can this be right ?
Do I have to pay it?
