Anyone putting another £3120 in?

I was planning to top up the old isa funds on July 1st, but the recent market highs have put a hold on that. I know we have till next April to use the allowance, and conditions can hardly be described as normal with all the interest seekers piling in, but when do you think the seasonal profit taking dips occur?

I'm going to be mainly drip-feeding from dividends and disposals of unwrapped holdings.
Like you, I'm struggling to find anything unloved. Some mining and EM ITs are still on big discounts, but only relative to their peers and they are still closer to NAV than historically.I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

Not in a cash Isa ..noFeudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..0

Although its discount is half of what it has been in the last year, I took the plunge with BlackRock World Mining when it dipped below £4.50 last month.
I still like the look of JP Morgan Global Emerging Markets Income but it has done far too well recently and is still on a premium.
Henderson Far East Income has also been on my radar for some time but I'd like the price to drop a bit before I buy. Still annoyed at Best Invest's website which screwed up cancellation of a limit order and prevented me from buying at well below £3.
I'm also watching Aberdeen Latin American Income with interest as the Brazilian elections come closer. That could be a real contrarian purchase!0 -

I just topped up my additional £3,120 this morning in an allshare ftse tracker. I know that it is unlikely this morning's ftse level will be the lowest that I could have possibly invested this tax year, but I am happy enough with it. I also invested another £6k (gross) in my SIPP and £600 in my wine-saver (I have cut down about £100/month on alcohol so for a bit of fun I drip feed £50/month as well as a £600 lump sum in per year when I think the ftse is lowish). I'm hoping if my motivation starts to slip seeing the fund grow might just help me continue to keep down to 2 bottles of wine a week.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0

My wife holds loads of SBRY and refuses to hold TSCO or any fags.
I guess I could add ...I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.
