No BT deals - cancel card?

I have a Natwest card that I'd like to use to shuffle another CC debt on to - however, they are not offering any BT deals at the moment, not even a life of balance one.
I'm wondering whether it's worth cancelling and applying for another card or hold on for them to offer something. Trouble is the limit is 10k which I'd imagine would take some time to build up to on a new card.
Any advice / tips? Normally it seems all CC's throw BT offers at you so was surprised not to get one - reading that RBS are stopping 0% on new cards too, made me think perhaps they're battening down the hatches?
Thanks

Have you tried telling them you're thinking of cancelling the card if you can't get a 0% deal? If they don't want to lose you as a customer that may work...Capital One Classic Extra £2,450 [06-2012]
Barclaycard Platinum £5,200 [08-2015]
Lloyds Bank Platinum £750 [11-2015]

Thanks - I've tried phoning them to request a deal, but not to cancel, so may try that option!0

I used to get offers from them, until last year, then nothing.
Mind you I never took them up on the offers anyway, so maybe they have given up.
Only keep the card, cause it's my longest credit agreement and it's with my bank.0
