Ideal World not so ideal

Purchased a tablet from so called Ideal World on the 29th of March to take on holiday, during the holiday it stopped working. On Our return it was sent back and They received it on the 12th of May. Phoned customer services, They were no help, just an expensive phone call. After numerous Emails to Them nothing has been done, I received an Email Yesterday saying there is no update on the whereabouts of the tablet and to wait another ten days. I fed up of being fobbed off by this company.

After two months complaining They finally took notice and gave Me a refund. Will never buy from Them again.0
