Natwest letter re: debt collection scandal

I have a NatWest credit card, but the address is still registered at my parents' house rather than mine (just not got round to changing it yet!)
They've let me know that a letter for me has come to theirs, and when a letter comes to their house for me it is normally from NatWest. I'll be picking up tomorrow but in the meantime I was trying to think what it could be.
The card has no missed payments or anything on it so I doubt it's a notice of charge for late payment. I wondered if NatWest have been sending out letters about the news that came out last week, about them using fake solicitors to chase up debts. Have any other NatWest customers received any letters about this?

I too have received an item in the post today. It came in a white envelope with a window, showing my address. I haven't opened it yet as I've been busy with dinner and so on. But in the meantime I was trying to think what it could be.

Even MSE, that recently don't hesitate using words more common for yellow press, used far more cautious words in their news.Natwest letter re: debt collection scandal
What if the letter has nothing to do with this 'scandal'? Do you not trust your parents to open a letter for you if you are that curious?0 -
How hard can it be to notify them of your address change? Whilst they may not find out you have probably breached your agreement with them.I have a NatWest credit card, but the address is still registered at my parents' house rather than mine (just not got round to changing it yet!)
