Can anyone suggest a good card to transfer to?

A relative has a credit card with around £8500 on it. He pays around £260 per month. I think the interest in 24%.

Can anyone recommend a credit card he could transfer with 0%?

Thanks.

Barclaycard and Halifax are doing good offers, at the moment.
