Just realised I have PPI on Lloyds CC

Hi all,
So clearly I am not really the most observant of people, but just noticed that I do actually have PPI on a credit card I have had for over 10 years with Lloyds. I dont use it but there is still an outstanding amount on there that I have just been paying off. I have no idea why I have it or how much I have been charged.
Can anyone give me any tips on how to get it back and if Lloyds are particularly difficult to deal with?
