    For the benefit of clarification on my comments. I was referring to the normal FOS phone line and normal cases. For that, adjudicators do not answer the phone. For temporary departments set up to cover certain issues then it is possible that adjudicators answer those calls. I don't know. I just know the position on the normal line dealing with normal complaints.

    If this is indeed the case, the PPI "adjudicators" have been reported on this forum giving out some particularly "dodgy" advice.
    Case in point, the OP of this thread apparently being told to contact the Bank himself.
