L&C is deemed big enough to cope with the demand this site could generate.

10 days to find a good deal... hes either too busy or waiting for something that does not exist.

This is the whole issue with fee free, its the mcdonalds method of pile them high and sell them cheap. The problem is with mortgages its a 2-3 month process and you do not want to be at the bottom of a pile.

Didn't comment previously as have commented on L&C on other threads. Essentially there is a place for a fee free option and the site promotes on both the free option and they "sponsor" parts of the site.

There is much made of their perceived capacity, however looking at the amount of recent posts it would appear they are not dealing well with the influx of enquiries/applications. There internal Agreement In Principle is a bit lazy at best and reckless at worst.

This was never going to be an L&C case though, as based upon the parameters outlined there is a limited pool of lenders that will like this sort of situation and this could be eroded further depending upon the detail of your circumstances.
