Good morning all,

I apologise in advance if this is in the wrong section.

I have a personal account with Fashion World which I rarely ever use, and also a personal account with J D Williams which I have maybe used once.

There is a small balance on my fashion world account and nothing on the J D Williams account.

I've just realised from reading the Ts & Cs on the Fashion World account that this is actually a J D Williams company.

Am I doing something wrong by having 2 accounts open with them? Should I call them and explain?

Or, should I simply close one of the accounts?

I'm not very savvy with things like this so it may be a silly question but thank you in advance to anybody who can advise.

You are not doing anything wrong by having 2 accounts with them.

That said if you are not using one of the accounts and not likely to do so then I would close it.

Okay thank you very much Tixy.

I just wasn't sure if it was fraudulent or something lol.

I'll close one of them as I don't use it but thought it may have then caused problems if it was highlighted I have 2.

I'm just a worrier sorry.
