HSBC Personal Account Statement Download in PDF

Hello

I am trying to download my statements for the last 3 month in PDF but cannot seem to be able to download it.

My account is a Personal Bank Account with HSBC.

Have anyone else faced this problem and in that case, how have you overcome it?

Any advice on this will be much appreciated.

Many Thanks in advance.

Kaushik

I don't tend to download the statements but from memory its a popup, so make sure you don't have popups disabled.

I understand that HSBC are due to start offering .pdf statement downloads which look like their paper statements shortly (this month?) on their current accounts but didn't think it was already available - certainly I can't see it in internet banking.

I have no popup blocker (in IE) but I can't see any option for PDF versions of statements.

Other banks have offered statements in PDF format for many years. As usual HSBC are way behind their competition. You only have to look at their poor showcase of apps if you don't believe me. I certainly have not looked back since switching to Barclays.

Yes, HSBC have been very slow at offering bank account statements in PDF format- no idea why as they have been doing it on their credit cards for years.

However, you also have to jump through lots of hops to get 'proper' .pdf statements from Barclaycard - they make it quite difficult to do/its not obvious how to get them - again, no idea why.

Not sure when you switched to Barclays, but HSBC's newish mobile banking app is much more fully featured than their old Fast Balance app.

It's easy to get PDF statements from Barclaycard. Log in to their website, click "go paperless", choose Email statements, choose a password. Done.
