Fidelity vs HL charges on Fidelity fund

Am I missing something?
Taking Fidelity Moneybuilder Dividend fund (SEDOL B3LNGT9) it looks to me that it costs more to use Fidelity themselves than Hargreaves Lansdown.
Fidelity charge a total of 1.02% made up of
Annual Management Charge = 0.5%,
Other Expenses = 0.17% and
their Service Fee = 0.35%.
HL charge a total of 0.67% made up of
Annual Management Charge = 0.5% and
Other Expenses = 0.17%.
Have I got this right?

+ HL platform fee (service charge) of 0.45%
would equal 1.12 on HL by may reckoning0 -
Don't HL famously charge an astronomical 0.45% platform fee? Which is higher than Fidelity's 0.35, TD Direct's 0.3, Charles Stanley's 0.2% etc.HL charge a total of 0.67% made up of

I think you are missing that piece. It is then back in line with (well, a bit higher than) Fidelity. If you had hundreds of thousands on HL you would get a lower platform fee (though I think the same is true of Fidelity once you get over £250k).0 -
Thanks I see now.0

Though hl are even disingenuous in their pricing in higher amounts, most places drop the rate based on your entire investment, whereas at hl you pay all the fees on each band with no discount on sums in their entirety.
I think they are 'free' over £2 million, but you're paying £4000 a year on the tiered element, so not free at all.0
