Roof Rain Water Diverter is leaking. Who to call?

I noticed that Rain Water Diverter is leaking\crack as water as pouring this evening as it was raining.

This must have crack during the high wind in January this year.

Who do I call to fix it? I live in Welling DA16

Rainwater diverters only cost 6 quid or two at DIY shop and are just push fit so dead easy DIY job.

Its a diy job - just ease the joint containing the diverter apart clean it and put back together

Yes, I mean gutter. I need to change the gutter as it's gripping water

If you are confident about working off a ladder then could be a diy job to push the gutter back together
