To be blunt, Piggers, better out than in, then. I respect your phobia and realise that your dread of being ill has kept you well for years but if the time has come to go hurling, then 'Just Go, Girl.' Better out than in - you're brilliant at the microbiology of human biology and you know, Pigpen that if your body wants it out, whether it's a baby or ex-food, when the time comes to get it out, the shortest route is usually the most efficient and therefore best for you.

I'll hold your hair over the pan, if required.
    Better is good enough.

Morning all, hope you're feeling better this morning Piggers. About to make a start on the month's finances, a day ahead of plan, so go me. I'll then take a look at the list as well as doing the dailies.

    Have a great day everyone.

Hope you feel better soon, Pigpen.
Honey Bear, your advice to Pigpen made me smile :) because it's so true.

Had a bit of a mixed day yesterday. I sat down after tea and didn't wake up for 4 hours: clearly my body was telling me something. Went to bed and slept some more. Hope that has seen off the end of my migraine.

The sky is grey, but it's supposed to brighten up by about 10:00 and no rain is forecast for us until Saturday, so I'll risk doing some of the washing today and leave the lawn until tomorrow or Friday when it's dried out. So my plan for today is:
    - WMx2
    - Take DH to station
    - Tidy and hoover study
    - email G, P, J and U3A group
    - Update U3A page
    - Nurse 9.50 meds review
    - Dust every room with a damp microfibre cloth
    - Thorough clean of bathroom, ensuite and kitchen
    - Start touching up emulsion and undercoat as per Toots list
    - HHI
    - Pot on plants (the ravaging hordes of slugs and snails in the back yard after yesterday's rain were not a pretty sight)

At least I can do everything in my own time today, with DH out of the way, playing trains :D

Hope everyone has a good day x

I hope you are better now Pigpen. It's never nice.

Why do I go to bed late and wake early when DH is away? I was wired from the torrential rain and mercy taxi service for DS1 to work and collecting DS2 after an 8 hour shift.

4 loads of washing to be put on the line. Packed lunch on the field with the kids for sports day so need to get some food organised! Straight to work after school run so I can run out after an hour to watch DD2.

Swimming after school, then a NN is taking me to pick up a radiator cover that's too big to get in my car.

I then need to collect DS2 from work again. I must get some pizzas as I have no time to prepare food I just need something to bung in the oven.
