Hi!
I have had to grow up very quickly and take control of my finances, after hitting (for me) a record of just over 4k worth of debts this year, and I am working hard to rectify this.
I joined two of the biggest credit credit rating companies currently operating - see below for current score.
As I am pretty new to keeping check on my current score, I have a question if you don't mind me asking, does every time I order a new report affect the score in terms of new searches etc.?
Thanks in advance,
Richie
Edit: I forgot to ask, does anyone know why the score differs from company to company?

Ignore your credit 'score', it's an arbitrary number that isn't worth the electricity required to power the pixels used to display it to you. Stop paying the £15/Month to see your report. You can just order your statutory £2 reports every month if you want to see it that often, you'll save a fortune.
No it doesn't. But as I said, there's literally no point in checking it so often, even once a month is OTT.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

Don't bother monitoring your score. Focus on repaying your debts and minimising the amount of interest you pay.0

Thank you - I did notice even though I paid half of the debts off it has not made much of a difference. I presume they don't show so much of the good things about yourselves?0

I don't have a single 'bad' mark on my credit report, yet my friend who hasn't even had as much as a phone contract in his life apparently had an "Excellent" credit score, whilst mine was "poor". It's a load of old hog wash.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. If you want to keep an eye on your report, try noddle.co.uk, which is free to use.Do you not know that a man is not dead while his name is still spoken?
