Search google for Matthew Scott Matthew Farr Scottish Courts.
Also search Matthew Farr Sunday Mail and you will find a scam that he was running on solar panel sales.
He appears to be a serial scammer.
Companies House info has significant information on him to confirm the google results.
Report this to the Financial Conduct Authority. I spoke to Derek Alexander who wrote the Sunday Mail article in 2012 and he did a lot of very difficult investigation to get this. Contact him if you want.0
