Vax yard sale non delivery

I followed up Martin's advice to purchase quality carpet cleaners through VAX YARD SALE 25 June.
I have an order number but no idea if the product advertised exists or when it will leave the supplier. Vax seem unable to tell me when it will leave their "warehouse" let alone be delivered. The website said delivery would be 3-5 working days: that's 10 days ago. It seems not to have left the warehouse. There has been no communication from VAX
Should I try and get my money back?
