I know that they are caber !!!!!!, but this

Gordon & Noble offer a complete portfolio of services and each step in the escalating debt collection ladder is rapidly deployed and rapidly escalated, with full on-line real-time client reporting.

    is ridiculous

Phone numbers are relatively easy to harvest, and you need to go to some lengths to remain completely hidden, by which I mean don't give your phone number to anyone, ever. Not really practical, so inevitably it's discoverable somehow.

Search the forum or Google these words 'Roxburghe phone calls' and follow the advice about Roxburghe debt collector phone calls which was covered in lot in older threads going back several years and in Scotland the position is unchanged. DO NOT say who was driving but do point out that as keeper you are not liable and this is harassment.

You don't have to duck the calls, get rid of them. Read the threads about Roxburghe phone calls.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If this is a "fine" as you say, then take this to pepipoo.

But if it's a private parking charge, then ignore the CAB advice and start dealing with this by reading up the newbies FAQ thread on what to do now you have ignored it for so long.

(And if you need more help, start your own thread)
