AA renewed my insurance before deadline

    Hubb the documents process is separate from the financial process. I presume as your asking on a Sunday then you were emailed? Or was it posted out to you?
    There's a five day window in which your policy is renewed for you in that the documents are processed ie a new certificate for you is posted or put online. Obviously a postal process takes time and generally a certificate would arrive bang on renewal date but online docs take a few hours to be viewable.
    Hence your letter or email.
    The money will not be taken until the evening of your renewal. So no need to worry about any monies being taken.
    Also means the policy is cancelled rather than lapsed.
