What I hadn't noticed was that when you go into 'My account' you are not logged in, even though you are able to add daily numbers.

BUT unless you are SIGNED IN the "YOUR NAME - YOUR ACCOUNT" link isn't there.

And the "ACCOUNT DETAILS" show your name, address and DOB etc.

before you click on "Mail Points history"

and it also says SIGN OUT in the top right-hand corner.

That you've entered numbers and they are not there (in history)
or
that you've entered at least 5 for last week and the BONUS 50 points have not been added?
