finally in ie11 turned off compatibility view and it submitted

Still having the issue in Chrome.

After trying all sorts of different ways it eventually went through in Chrome by doing the following:

Right click on the original link 'Boomerang TV' in post 1
Select ' open link in incognito window' ( this opens a new page on your computer)
Enter details manually ticking both last 2 boxes on 2nd page
Keep fingers crossed that it went through like mine :T
