For those using Internet Explorer, if your having problems try activating compatibility mode, it usually sorts all the bugs !

I filled out the form and it didn't work this is in Chrome. I then reloaded the page after exhausting my options and it worked got confirmation too don't know if this will help anyone else but worked for me

Still won't work for me - I've tried three different browsers (Chrome, Firefox and IE) and it won't submit in any of them.

I noticed in Chrome when I used the tab button, that the form boxes highlighted in blue but the submit button highlights in yellow like the shoe images do. Maybe it's a picture rather than a link or something.

Anyway, needless to say that it hasn't worked for me.
