PPI on business loan

Okay..i see your point and am not just trying to be an oppotunist.
I actually feel the PPI should have been used when i had financial problems struggling to make payments back towards the last year.i wrote and called up lloyds several times then, but didnt get any joy.Lloyds only insisted i maintained payments accordingly and even declined my motgage application as i had outstanding debt with them then.
Only to further offer me a platinum credit card, which i am still struggling with to date.
Do you see my point pls
I think you're kind of missing the point here somewhat.
Firstly PPI doesn't cover you for "having difficulty making the payments". It will cover you if you are unable to work due to accident, sickness or redundancy. From what you've said I'm uncertain if any of these was the case? However to complain that it was missold to you, you have to have been misled or misinformed when they policy was taken out. Were you?
The other issues are unfortunate, but not of relevance to a complaint about the original sale of the policy.0
