Toysrus

Bought a Leap pad for my 2 year old grandaughter and the secreen has broken. oysrus say its been banged quite hard and wont refund. Asking me to contact leap pad direcvtly.I have refused. What are my rights?

  • Ha no the 2 broken ankle broken Leap pad are not connected!! It was bought for Christmas but made contact initial contact with them about 2 months ago!

    As for your question, if it's physical damage you have no rights.

    Sorry but tru are right, you could go to leap pad but they will charge you for the repair.
