My son cannot got to Tomorrowland in Belgium due to a broken ankle. Are the organisers compelled to refund????

No, the seller is not in breach of contract, you cannot claim from the cc company.0 -

Common sense would dictate that as it's not their fault, it's not their problem he can't go.

Alas, the Brit a broad. On the cheap and no travel insurance. Good job the leg break occurred in the UK, it could had been expensive!0
