Hi all,
Talk talk mobile has 18 months to run on contract, moving to a location with no coverage (talk talk agree) they are refusing to end the contract unless I pay 18 months of payments up front. Have tried and tried but now they disconnect my calls when I ask difficult questions...what are my options anyone know?

Pay 18 months up front, or pay 18 payments a month at a time. Not their fault you are moving.0

You agreed to take out the deal with TalkTalk and accept the service they offer. You knew that it involved a minimum term. It is your choice to move to an area that has no signal. I'm sorry, but you are at fault. Yes, TalkTalk have ridiculous customer service... but I believe that their position is valid.
Your options are to keep the deal and try to make it work or pay-up for early termination.0 -

Pay up is your only real option if you can't get negotiate any goodwill from them.
It's a regular topic on here regarding mobile phone networks and Virgin Media. Ultimately you have decided to move to an area they don't cover which isn't TalkTalks fault.0
