Hi everyone,
Just looking for some advice on a possible claim. I got a loan with HSBC in 2006 for £5,000 which I'm pretty sure i paid PPI on, long story short i defaulted on the loan but still ended up paying it back in full.
Can anyone tell me if I'm still entitled to a PPI claim or not?
Also i can't find the paperwork, will it all still be on record?
Im guessing its a no and no but thought it may be worth a try anyway!
Cheers for the help.

See the sticky post on the front page, there's a link to a template. Add in your details and any past addresses to make it easier to find you. Delete any non applicable info you don't have, e.g your account number.
A SAR is a request for all the information a company holds on you. It's the only way you have to find out if the account number and details still exist from your loan.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
