What actually happens to non paying bidders? I listed a set of 4 O2 SIM cards i had spare and listed them for £1. in the end the final bid was £8.50 which i thought was great seeing as they were spare and just wanted to get rid of them quickly. This was 12th March! I've gone through the NPB procedure but where do i stand now? do i get my listing costs back? will the bidder be allowed to continue bidding?

3 Strikes and you are out. Until then they will continue. Block them from bidding again on your items.0
