I cant get this to work - anyone else have any problems ?

I put in my name, address, press next, put in work details, press next, and it takes me back to the start again.


Is it just me ?

If you are still stuck just phone up Chester call centre on the following number don't ring any other numbers as they go through to India and they are completely useless,they cannot even get your name right and they want me to trust them with my financial transactions no chance!

Im no computer expert, so dont treat this as it will work but you could try...

clearing all your cookies and temp internet files and history. then go to tools internet options security and add m&s to your trusted websites.

or if you cant be arsed then just ring them! its better to talk to someone anyway!!

you need to keep in mind though that you may get problems if you do get a card and want to use internet banking, as it seems to me like you have a problem with the site in general
