Lloyds PPI letter??

Hi all,

Had a letter from Lloyds saying I may have been miss sold PPI and to fill in the forms and send them back for a review.
Thing is I cant recall having anything with them as far as I can remember?Shall I fill the form in or not because unless I forgot I had something with them then I wont?
Any advice please on this will be great.

Thanks

They wouldn't have written to you if you didn't have PPI. If you fill in the form, you can state that you have no memory of the insurance. You should also try to show you had no need of the insurance and it was therefore mis-sold to you.
If you remain unsure, contact the Bank and ask...

    Hi
Also had a PPI Lloyds letter, with forms, so have duly completed on an old loan, restating that I had no knowledge of PPI being requested, added, sold or incurring interest.

    Now.... can anyone help here.

On a £7,500 loan taken out over 5 years, and then refinanced after 3 yrs to 10,000, what kind of PPI claim would be the calculation?

    Thanks
