Why didn't I know these existed? With the extension pole that is available I should be able to lean out (carefully) of my upstairs windows and clean the outside! The price has gone up at Amazon but, in my experience, that could be because lots of people have seen the original post and have ordered it. Give it a few days and it might go down in price again.0

They are available refurbished from the karcher outlet for £28, although postage is another £6. They don't have any in stock at the moment but you can 'pre buy' as they expect to have stock within 14 days.

We got ours on Amazon for £37 last year, it's really useful. If anyone's still looking, now that Amazon have put theirs back up to £43, Curry's are selling them at £39 in their sale.
EDIT: This morning Amazon changed their price from £43 to £39, bettering their £39.99 from a few days ago, and matching Curry's.0 -

Thanks for the price update.
Now having tried my window vac I wish I'd bought one years ago. Mr BD tried and declared it addictive - you do one window and then want to do another
I use an ecloth for the edges and any bits I have missed and it is sooooo quick compared to 'normal' window cleaning. Definately worth it in terms of the time saved. We have a small window on the half landing and the dog and cat like to sit there and check out visitors. As a result there is always a nice selection of nose prints on the window - the vac makes short work of cleaning up.It is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.

No problem
I love ecloths! I have allergies/sensitive skin, so really try to avoid cleaning with chemicals, so ecloths are perfect, I have several different ones. A great money saver as well, since they last ages and save buying anything else (except maybe a Karcher Vac)

The extension pole for this is £14.99 in Wickes atm - stores and online, which looks to be half the price elsewhere.0

My mum bought one of these and I couldn't help thinking what a waste of money it was! However, she insisted I take it home to have a go with it and so I obliged. Well, it was brilliant. The windows cleaned up really well and I found myself looking for any window inside or out that needed cleaning! Im hooked!
The Amazon one is showing up at £43 but on Currys its £39 with free home delivery, so Ive ordered one and should be with me in a few days! Yay! :T0 -
It is a lightning deal on amazon with a spray thing for £44.99
