Strata Homes - Complaints

Hello,
We moved into our brand new Strata House last June and have had nothing but trouble, problem after problem. The experience has been terrible! Poor customer service from the after care team. I am wanting them to send me all the information that they hold on my file/account relating to our house with details of all the problems and issues we have had as they have told me everything is detailed on our file. I requested this information and they have told me that they do not have to let me see it. Is this correct or legally do I have a right to see what is on it? Many thanks. Considering taking action against them.
