Hi
could someone help me out please
Just filling out my P11D form for 13/14
Can anyone tell me where (in sections A-N of the P11D benefits table) do I put clothing? This is clothing that has been paid by the business and I now own and I can use the clothing in work and also outside of work
Also if I have taken cash/cheque withdrawals - how do I treat that?
Also solicitors fees I have used for purchase of a new house (is that a loan?

Is this your own business ?0

Yes it is. I'm the director0

Any sum drawn from your 'company account' is treated as a Directors Loan unless you draw it as salary/dividend or it was a legitimate business expense. It's a very complicated area that if not accounted for properly, can attract tax implications both for your company and for you.
You'd be best asking your Accountant to complete the form on your behalf.

Thanks
Where would you put Childcare - is that section B - "payments made on behalf of employee" - there is a private education bit in there and wondered if that covers it?0
