Chargeback for non-Delivery

Hi
Just wondered if anybody knew how long Barclaycard will expect me to wait for an online delivery before instigating a chargeback. The order is only 2-3 days overdue so far but the lack of response to phone/e-mail makes me think I should be prepared.
I ordered a £25 lock from hardstore.co.uk on Sunday. According to their website the order should have been dispatched first class on Monday. I can't find much negative about them via Google but any comments aren't recent either.
TIA Ally

Goods sent by Royal Mail can't be classed as lost for 15 working days unless it was special delivery / guaranteed so if they sent it on Monday they can initiate a complaint in just over 2 weeks
Have you spoken to the vendor about the parcel and not received a satisfactory response before initiating a chargeback - trying emailing info@hardstore.co.uk rather than the form - see if your provider can get a received/read receipt as well - this method (rather than form) will also show if the email bounces/is rejectedSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Thank you.
I have e-mailed as suggested, although still no response to previous messages. I knew I would need to wait, just wasn't sure how long.

If the retailer specified a delivery date then Barclaycard can initiate a chargeback after that date.
Waiting times will only apply if a delivery date was not specified - and then it would be a 15 day wait for a VISA card and 30 days for a MasterCard.0 -

Probably at least as long as it will take you to contact the supplier to report the non-delivery, ask what they are going to do about it, and then wait a reasonable time for that to occur.0 -

My problem, so far, is that i can't get a response from the supplier.24 minutes?
I had originally only tried by phone and messaging via an online form on their website. Following Nasqueron's advice I also tried e-mailing them directly via my e-mail program. At no time did i suggest that I expected a response within 24 minutes.
Based on the advice (some useful, some not) I have received it looks like I need to wait another fortnight before Barclaycard would even think about a chargeback.0 -
Got a call at lunchtime saying their systems were down last week (???) and it is being sent out today so hopefully i've been worrying unnecessarily.0
