where to go next?

hi there, I am trying hard to sort out my finances and decided to have a go at making a PPI claim without a CMC. I keep going round in circles, reading all the info to make sure i am going in the right direction - any guidance would be greatly appreciated :) feeling a it blonde!

the story so far..
  • downloaded the templates from MSE
  • applied to my bank and recieved all my previous banking history
  • went through all my statement and highlighted everything that i think i had loans, cards or some sort of insurance with - there were some entries that i am not even sure what they were, possibly through company name changes or the same company for different stuff!
  • compiled a list of all the entries - but... the statements dont show all agreement numbers, should they, how can i fnd these?
what do i do next? can i get the agreement numbers from anywhere, for example, i had a barclaycard years ago that i know i paid PPI on because when i realised what PPI was and it wasnt compulsory i cancelled the card. I now have a Barclaycard again (no PPI this time).

How can i get the old card number? I have had Dorothy Perkins and debenhams cards before but dont know if they had PPI or not. I now have new cards but wondered if the old ones had PPI.

I also have had a loan through Hitachi Capital when i got my eyes lasered and a loan for the suite these were bought at the 'storefront'.

WHERE DO I GO NEXT! - help, doing wee circles :)

You have to send a SAR each to Dorothy Perkins and Debenhams o get numbers if there is info left.
To get the Brclaycard number, either phone and ask, check the statements to see if it's on there as a DD, or send them a SAR

You don't need agreement numbers to complain, you need account numbers.
