PPI Claim - Banks have split lloyds tsb

I got a ppi claim forms threw from lloyds tsb for my card i have with them.

After filling out the forms they are asking for proof.

I have some of my statements but not all of them and i have one of the annual review documents from the ppi

ppi shown on my statement 28/04/2011, yearly review forms 28/04/2012, ppi still showing on statements dated may 2013 but i cancelled it some where in between may 2013 and september as it wasn't on septembers statement but after sept 2013 statement thee banks had split from being lloyds tsb to me coming under tsb.

I have tried to look my online banking to see when the ppi stopped and to get my details of how much i paid each month but since the change over i cant access last years statements on the account for 2013 and this yeas i can go back as far as Feb 2014.

So what i want to know has any one been in the situations where they have to claim back ppi since the banks have split.

Missing statements do they need every statement on what you paid?

Can i request every statement since the account was opened up to september 2013? How would this work since the change over?

Have you rang Lloyd's and asked about the PPI on your card.?
They will tell you and could possibly deal with your complaint then.
You have some statement's with PPI , I do not think you need to get every statement at this time but you could send a SAR request cost £10..That will give you all details of the account you have .
The change over is not a problem as the complaint is to Lloyds.

Send a Sar request to Lloyds, enclose £10 and give them 40 days to respond.
Ask for all information they hold on you, not just statements.

Take it into a Loyds if you can, put on the envelope DSAR request.
