What can I do?

On Monday i ordered something for my garden from a website, paid with my visa debit card. Today i clicked on the website to find it was "closed for buisness". I sent an email asking if the company itself had ceased trading or if it was just that the website was down for maintenance, and if it was the former would i still receive my order? I got a reply almost instantly which did not clarify the situation, but did say they thought i had already recieved my order and would check for me. My question is, if i dont receive it, and I'm not hopeful, what if anything can I do? Thank you.

Simple chargeback by contacting your bank. Just hold fire a few days.

You need to wait 15 days, then chargeback for non-receipt of goods.

Thank you both. I received an email today confirming my item had been dispatched, so hopefully it will turn up.
