Cp plus parking fine

Hi I recently got a parking Fine from CP Plus Limited for exceeding the 2 hr limit at Moto service Medway West. I didnt even notice the sign that said there was a 2 hr limit but they have sent a picture of it as well as of my car entering the services and leaving the services. I have seen lots of threads saying to ignore it and they will go away but the threads looked a few years old and wanted to check this was still the case

Ignoring has not been valid for a long time now, except in Scotland and NI.

You need to read the Newbies Sticky carefully to see your options for seeing them off. Also, only look at threads from the last six months or so as the situation is still evolving and advice may be out of date.

And you did not get a fine!!

Yep - I followed the stickie appeal to them. Also warn them (when you follow the stickie appeal), that they have lost on those points before and that you will charge them a fee of x amount.

NO IT IS NOT. Why read old stuff and not bother to read page one? Does no-one read the top thread on the forum any more? Shall I delete it?

ok i have done the first appeal from the template which was rejected so got my popla number now and gonna try this one

OK show us your draft if unsure - it should include 'no GPEOL' and no landowner contract/standing and unclear signage including the bits about the TSRGD2002 and the rules for MSAs. And a paragraph about ANPR Ltd.

And we'll help you write a rebuttal in advance of their 'shiny new loss statement'

when you receive the evidence pack from CP+, you will need to let the folks on here know what has been sent. CP+ has changed their standard template.
