When will i recieve my pip claim form???

im currently on dla my award expires in december i thought i would recieve my pip forms 6 months before december but they havent arrived yet should i phone the job centre?

theres time for them to come yet, its usually about 4 months before renewal.
tou can phone blackpool to ask if youre concerned

PIP is only being introduced in a few areas at the moment. If you are not in one of these you will be sent DLA renewal forms. If you are in a PIP area you will be 'invited to apply' and will have to request the forms yourself.0
