You will get help if you start your own thread instead of hijacking someone else's, it makes things very messy!;)

blue badges are not relevant on private land and that car park is pay and display like they said

the BB is for council car parks and the public roads, so please read the booklet supplied with the BB again for the future to avoid issues like these

now please read the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of the forum

I have asked a board guide to split this thread for you

It's always puzzled me how this button seems to be so hard to see.

So did you send a letter with a copy of the blue badge, and did you make sure that letter or email quoted the PCN number and your name/address so they'd know which PCN it was about? If they never responded to a clear written or emailed appeal, then complain to the BPA by email. If they investigate and you do get sent a POPLA code, please please please please do NOT write a POPLA appeal about the blue badge, unless you want to lose!

As ever, this is ALL covered in the sticky thread at the top of this parking forum - which is why I wrote it. Sadly, last year it got silly as we could not keep up with all the ''help I have got a private parking ticket, what do I do?'' threads so I wrote a sticky thread begging newbies to 'read these FAQS first'. It's at the top of this forum which is why I will not link it for a newbie - you need to click that one click to see page one. See my signature so you know where to click - it's important you can find your way off and back onto threads you want to read, then hop back to page one and the sticky threads.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
