CallCredit and Noddle. The same?

Hi,
I heard that Noddle belongs to CallCredit. I just checked Noddle (their free credit report) and it appears that they have an entry about me being on the electoral roll.
I was wondering does it make sense to order a credit report from Callcredit (www.callcredit.co.uk/stat-report-online/) to confirm that they know that I am on the electoral roll?
Did anyone experience that their Callcredit credit report differed in any way from a Noddle credit report?
