any way to claim conveyance cost from seller/estate agent?

    and I doubt that's true either. What's the worst case scenario - someone tells the owner to shift their junk from the loft? Would anyone have the motivation to kick up a fuss about it? Is the current owner using it as storage? Without any objections?

    This is the only storage space in this flat. Flats on the floors below have extra storage cupboards which I am assuming are included in their lease.
    The current owner is using it for storage and has been advertised and said many times that you can use. Now that we have asked for any sort of evidence which suggests we can use it then he has just said that we will have to get it ourselves.

    For me personally, it is worth a lot less because I need storage. If I knew that the loft space is not included at the time of offer then I would not have made an offer in the first place.

    It would be very interesting to know what other think whether not having a loft originally advertised will affect the property value???
