Newbie Credit Card Question

in Credit cards
Hi all,
just got a credit card and used for the first time, unfortunatly being a bit naive I changed money at a Travelex thinking it would be a purchase not a cash transaction.
I have the Barclays 14 months 0% and 19 month balance transfers.
As soon as my statement came up, I paid the entire thing off so I wouldn't get tubbed with interest charges on my cash transaction.
Now if I use my credit card now, strictly for purchases, and start racking my total up will this be subject to 0% (14 months as earlier) or will it be charging interest because of my prior cash transaction despite paying it all off?

I think there can be some small interest on the interest on your cash transaction unless you paid more than the amount+fee+(statement interest).or will it be charging interest because of my prior cash transaction despite paying it all off?0
